I ordered two pairs of these mini bonding wraps as a test order, and received one pair of a completely different item that’s sized extra large and has clear lenses. I can’t use what was sent. I double checked my order, yes I ordered the correct item number and quantity but whoever was packing boxes that day must have mixed this up with someone else’s order. I called Stein Dental twice and emailed them once about this issue, with no response. No one answers the phone. So this first small order will also be my last order. I’m so glad I didn’t send in a much larger order through them, as this experience showed me there’s no accountability for their errors or even care to answer the phone during business hours.
